Planning Family is a great sign up for. I signed up for this several months ago when I was pregnant and I haven't had any regrets. They will send you little e-mails about great deals on baby and toddler things like diaper coupons, formula samples, baby magazines, grocery coupons, etc.
They don't e-mail bomb you either, so no worries about your inbox getting filled up.
